SFC and El Dorado LAFCO Interim EO Nominated for CALAFCO Award

SFC and Erica Sanchez of El Dorado LAFCO have been nominated for the Mike Gotch Excellence in Public Service Award in the category of Innovation, collaboration, outreach and effective support of the evolution and viability of local agencies, promotion of efficient and effective delivery of municipal services for work done on the Countywide Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services MSR/SOI Update for El Dorado County.

The CALAFCO Annual Conference Achievement Awards Ceremony will be held on October 20 at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach John Wayne Airport. The awards provide visible recognition and support to those who have gone above and beyond of the last year to advance the principals and goals of the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Act.
