TRPA Consultation
We specialize in obtaining project entitlements for single-family construction projects within the South Lake Tahoe Region. We work with the clients, architects, and engineers, to provide the visioning, planning, technical services, and lobbying efforts required to get projects through the TRPA permit process and ready to build within the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County. Affordable Housing
South Fork Consulting, LLC works with local partners in the Tahoe Region to advance affordable housing needs. Some of our work includes:
- Founding member of a local non-profit
- Facilitator for the South Shore Housing Needs Assessment in partnership with the Tahoe Prosperity Center
- Committee member for housing working groups
